To view hotel options and availability please sign into the ‘Accommodation Portal’ with your existing conference account email address and password. If you have not yet created an account for either of the ‘Conference Portals’, please click on the 'Create a new user account' tab and follow the prompts. You will need these details to register for the conference so keep them close at hand.

InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the 2024 ECA National Conference.

Special rates have been negotiated on behalf of delegates at a range of hotel and apartment styled accommodation all within close proximity of the Brisbane Covention & Exhibition Centre.

The special rates listed will be open until 14 August, 2024 or until sold out. Please book early to secure your room.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged immediately. Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions and not by ECA or InHouse Event Solutions.

Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.

Please select your check in and check out dates below, click search and a list of preferred properties will appear. Click on the "Book room" button once you have made your decision and follow the prompts. Some hotels will offer these special rates three days pre and post conference dates; these will be subject to availability. Please contact us to request any additional nights that do not appear to be available.
